SHIPPING POLICY

Due to products being hand sewn shipping is determined on the order. Whether it's a special order may take up to 14 days before shipped, giving time to be uniquely made.  Please notify me before placing order because if you are local Panzino Creations can deliver to save shipping cost. Large items will be required pick up only.  

RETURN POLICY

Contact us if unsatisfied with a product, all items are hand sewn so there are no returns but all products can be fixed.
